Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cleaned crawfish tails
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 diced onion
1/2 bell pepper
3 stalks celery
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. green onion tops
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 c. cooked rice
salt to taste
1/2 stick butter
1 can crab meat
1 pie crust (top and bottom)
Preparation

Saute vegetables in butter.
Add soup, crawfish and crab meat. Add rice.
Put in pie shell.
Cover and vent pie crust top. Cook until pie crust is golden brown in 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven.
Shrimp may be substituted.
