Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 clove garlic
    2 oz. Bleu cheese
Preparation
    Have cheese warm.
    Combine cheese with 1 cup buttermilk and beat in electric mixer until smooth.
    Then add remaining ingredients and blend well.
    Chill before serving.
