Hot Reuben Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 lb. deli corned beef, finely chopped
    1 can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    snack rye bread or crackers
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream and ketchup until smooth. Stir in the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and onion until blended. Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 5 minutes longer or until bubbly. Serve warm with bread or crackers.
