Easy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. hot or mild pork sausage (room temperature)
10 oz. sharp or mild Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Crumble the sausage and mix with cheese. Add biscuit mix, one cup at a time. Form into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter); place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven until light brown (13 to 15 minutes). Can be prepared in advance and frozen, uncooked.
Cooking may take a few extra minutes if balls are frozen.
Makes about 7 dozen.
