Jeanette'S Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 medium minced onion
4 tsp. minced garlic
4 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 3/4 c. flavored bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. white wine
12 drops Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. Italian grated cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in frypan.
Saute onion and garlic.
Add clams and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add everything, except cheese.
Mix well and put in a pie plate. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Spread on Ritz crackers.
