German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix, mixed as directed on box
    1 small pkg. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation
    I remember a molasses cake Grandma Rogers made when I was a little girl.
    I would set on the bench by the kitchen table and say, \"Grandma, how do you cook a cake?\"
    As I remember, she would put enough flour to fill a skillet half full, enough salt and soda to make it rise and enough molasses to make it real sweet, a big hunk of butter and maybe a little milk if the batter was too thick. Then she would pour this in an iron skillet and fire up the wood stove until it was pretty warm and cook it until it was done.
    Then she would say, \"Run tell Grandpa the cake is done.\"
