Gold Coast Special Tidbits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bay scallops, rinsed
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bring 2 cups water to boil.
    Add scallops and bring to second boil.
    Drain scallops.
    In shallow casserole dish cube and layer 1 package of cream cheese.
    Add layer of all the scallops.
    Top with other package of cream cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes in 375\u00b0
    oven. Remove foil and bake additional 5 minutes.
    Serves 4.
