Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 carrot, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 pkg. stuffing mix (chicken flavor)
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Mix with stuffing.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Spread half of stuffing mixture on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan or casserole dish.
    Cover with chicken mixture and top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Check the crumb mixture as it browns easily.)
