Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh pizza dough or can of pizza crust
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cooked
    Provolone cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Roll out dough to 12 x 16-inch rectangle.
    Crumble cooked sausage evenly over dough.
    Spread cheese over sausage.
    Starting at end roll dough.
    Pierce through with fork to allow steam to escape.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
    Cool. Slice into 1-inch sections.
