Sugared Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts with skin on

Preparation

Over medium heat in heavy saucepan, cook sugar and and water until sugar is dissolved.
Add peanuts and cook, stirring frequently until liquid has turned to sugar coating.
Pour onto cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
