Pork Chops Baked In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1/2 c. chicken or beef stock
    1/2 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. savory (optional)
    6 boneless pork chops
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dredge pork chops in bread crumbs.
    Insert 1 clove slice into each chop. Brown lightly in oil.
    Place in baking dish. Combine and heat all other ingredients.
    Pour over chops. Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
    Serve with rice.
