German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 medium potatoes
8 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 hard-cooked eggs
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Boil potatoes for 20 to 30 minutes until tender.
Drain, cool and slice.
Fry bacon until crisp and drain.
In same skillet, saute onion.
Add flour, sugar, seasonings, vinegar and water, stirring until mixture begins to thicken slightly.
Add bacon, potatoes and crumble in eggs.
