Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hamburger meat
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 bell pepper
    1 whole onion (Vidalia or oss)
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 jar Ragu
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare the hamburger by boiling rapidly in enough water to cover meat. Break the meat up so as not to have lumps in the meat. Pour off water and repeat cleaning process. Add all ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Cook spaghetti until tender, enough to pinch in two. Add spaghetti to cold water to terminate cooking; drain. Layer mix in large casserole the sauce, spaghetti and sharp Cheddar cheese, ending with sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until sides are bubbling and top is browned.
