Plum Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. citron
    1 c. ground suet
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. diced tart apples
    1/2 c. currants
    1/2 c. light molasses
    1/2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl.
    In a separate bowl, blend dry ingredients; add all together.
    Grease a steam pan and cover thoroughly.
    Place mixture in steam pan for 3 1/2 hours.
    Serve with brandied hard sauce.
