Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. shredded Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    Saute beef, onion and green pepper in a large frying pan until beef is lightly browned and vegetables are tender.
    Drain off fat; add flour to frying pan and stir well.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings.
    Combine noodles with meat sauce and put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish; top with the shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
