Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. red beans
1/4 lb. salt pork
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. hot sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut up
Preparation

Sort and wash beans; cover with water 2-inches over beans and soak overnight.
Add salt pork to beans; cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Stir in next 10 ingredients and cook for 1 hour.
Brown sausage; drain and add to beans.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
