Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (fat hen)
    4 lb. chicken breasts
    water
    salt
    3/4 c. margarine
    pepper
    4 cans chicken broth
    Hudson Cream self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
Preparation
    Using an 8-quart pressure kettle, cook hen in salt, pepper and water on 10 pounds pressure for 50 minutes.
    Cook chicken breasts, salt, pepper and water on 10 pounds pressure for 15 minutes. Remove chicken.
    Add margarine to broth; set aside.
