Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising fine white corn meal
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix corn meal and flour with just enough hot water to make a thick batter.
Put the oil in an iron pan and heat hot.
Then pour off oil into batter.
Mix and pour in pan.
Squirt margarine on top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes until nice and brown.
