Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 qt. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rinse rice in warm water.
    Cook rice in milk until thick.
    Add salt, sugar and extracts.
    Stir in small amount of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks, then add to rest of hot mixture.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
