Simple Chicken Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. thin strip chicken breasts
    3/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
    16 oz. pkg. Green Giant American mixture frozen veggies (California style)
    hot cooked pasta
    grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/3 of the Italian dressing.
    Saute until chicken starts to brown.
    Add veggies and remaining dressing.
    Cover and simmer 7 to 9 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
    Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
    Makes 5 servings.
