Scalloped Potatoes With Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. pared, thinly sliced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed ham
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, ham and soup mixture in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, covered, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, then uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 4 servings.
