Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. or more cheese, cut into cubes
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Mix butter (or margarine) with the mustard.
Spread on each slice of bread.
Cut bread into cubes.
Put a layer of bread in bottom of dish, then some of the cheese cubes.
Then add rest of the bread and rest of the cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and paprika together.
Pour over bread and cheese.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until brown on top and sides.
