Weight Watcher'S Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. pumpkin spice
    6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
    4 Tbsp. raisins
    1 c. grated carrots
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs.
    Add raisins, pumpkin and carrots to eggs.
    Spray muffin pan with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    (Counts as 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 protein, 1 milk and 1 vegetable.)
