Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
8 oz. sour cream (may use \"light\" sour cream)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (may use fat-free Cheddar)
4 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Mix the corns and 1/2 box muffin mix.
Pour in a greased casserole dish.
Spread sour cream over the corn and muffin mixture, then sprinkle cheese on, then the rest of muffin mix.
Dot with oleo.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 (uncovered).
