Easy Low-Fat Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

4 c. fresh 1-inch bread cubes
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, sliced
Preparation

Toss bread cubes and pineapple in bowl.
Spoon in greased 2-quart baking dish.
Beat eggs with sugar; pour over pineapple mixture.
Dot with butter.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Yields 8 servings.
