Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. potatoes, sliced extra thin
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. water
    onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix the soup, water, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Pour over potatoes which are placed in a buttered casserole.
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
    Let sit for a few minutes prior to serving.
