Guaranteed Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. granulated yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar plus 1/3 c.
    1 c. evaporated milk, scalded (do not boil)
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. flour (Hecker's)
    1/3 c. corn oil or butter
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Stir in salt and 1/3 cup sugar; mix well.
    Stir in yeast mixture; add well beaten egg to mixture.
    Mix; add 3 cups of flour, stirring mixture until it is smooth elastic.
    Add corn oil; mix.
    Add remaining 3 cups flour; mix well.
    Cover with wax paper; let rise until dough has doubled.
    Knead dough in remaining flour; roll dough to 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut to desired shapes; place in greased pan. Cover; let rise until double in size.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven at 400\u00b0.
    Rub butter on top when rolls are light brown.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
