Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, oil, flour, salt and baking powder. Spread half of the batter in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spread a can of pie filling, any kind, apple is good, on batter, then add the rest of the batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes. Over the hot cake, drizzle 1/2 cup powdered sugar mixed with a little water. Good warm or cold.
