Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. vermicelli
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. half and half
    1 to 3 Tbsp. sherry or wine (if desired)
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of pepper
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook vermicelli as directed on package. Set aside.
