Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 stick margarine
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    dash of Tabasco
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook grits, margarine and water together until grits are done. Add Velveeta cheese and Tabasco; let cool.
    Add eggs and garlic salt.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serves many.
    Good to freeze.
