Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced, cooked carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 can salmon
    1 c. cooked macaroni
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients well.
    Top with bread crumbs and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
    (Leave cheese out if not desired.)
