Rich Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk chopped celery
3 1/2 c. water
6 potatoes, sliced
2 sliced carrots
chopped cabbage (optional)
1 cube chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in a large pot.
Saute onion and celery in margarine.
Add 3 1/2 cups water and then add potatoes, carrots and cabbage (if desired).
Add chicken bouillon.
Cook until veggies are tender (may need to add water).
