Biscotti Red Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. red wine
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl
    make
    a
    well\twith
    flour.
    Place all ingredients in middle and
    mix
    flour
    into
    center until well mixed.
    Knead dough on
    a
    lightly floured surface with palms. Cut dough into small pieces
    and
    roll\tinto a 8-inch rope and pinch ends together to
    form
    small circles.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
