Mock Southern Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large graham cracker crust
2 (8 oz.) tubs Cool Whip, thawed
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
Blend with Cool Whip; pour into crust.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Top with fresh fruit or canned pie filling.
