Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 beaten eggs
4 oz. diced American cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
Preparation

Cook onion and green pepper in boiling water until tender; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and thyme.
Add ground meats, mixing well.
Shape into loaf in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 8 to 10.
