Beef Tips On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast or stew meat
    Morton Nature's Seasons
    Kitchen Bouquet
    cornstarch
    cold water
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/2 to 1-inch cubes.
    Season with seasoned salt. Place in a large gumbo pot.
    Just cover meat with water; cook until tender.
    Mix cornstarch with a little water.
    Pour slowly into hot broth, stirring constantly until desired thickness. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Add Kitchen Bouquet until desired color.
    Serve over cooked rice.
