Springtime-Simple Strawberry Pie(Diet Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box sugar-free strawberry gelatin
1 small box sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 c. water
2 c. sliced strawberries
Preparation

Combine gelatin, pudding and water in a kettle.
Cook on high until thickened; stir several times.
Cool some.
Add strawberries and gently blend.
Turn into prepared graham cracker crust or into a purchased graham cracker crust.
Chill 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream for serving.
Serves 6.
