"Marshmallow Pavlova Slice" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large egg whites, at room temperature
    2 1/2 c. fine white sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla essence
    2 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
    1 qt. heavy whipping cream
    4 Tbsp. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tin Mandarins, drained
    5 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
    1 punnet small strawberries
Preparation
    Lightly grease 15 x 10 x 2-inch ovenproof baking dish and dust with cornstarch (coat well).
    Beat egg whites in large, deep bowl until greatly increased in bulk and soft peaks form.
    Add 2 1/2 cups sugar gradually and beat well after each addition until thoroughly dissolved.
    Add vanilla essence and vinegar and beat for extra minute.
    (Mixture should be glossy with firm peaks.)
