Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (11 oz.) bag nacho cheese Doritos
    1 whole chicken
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken and pour into mixing bowl.
    Add all ingredients except cheese.
    Mix together and pour into 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Serves 6. You may want to prepare your chicken ahead of time and freeze to make this a quick meal.
