Scalloped Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked regular rice
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
2 1/2 c. light cream
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except light cream.
Spoon rice mixture into 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole dish.
Pour light cream on rice mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until set.
