Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Separate 3 egg whites.
    Beat the 3 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add the milk, then add melted margarine. Fold in egg whites. Beat until smooth.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Makes 2 pies.
