Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large can cream-style corn
1 large whole kernel corn
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine eggs and milk well and add cracker crumbs.
Set aside until liquid is absorbed.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese to cracker crumbs mixture, stirring well.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese while hot.
