Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large boneless chicken breast halves or 8 small
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. brandy cogra (optional)
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onion
    juice of 1 lime or lemon
    1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together and pour over chicken.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until nice and brown, about an hour and a half to two hours.
