Fluffy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Let rise 30 minutes.
    Mix again.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins and let rise 30 minutes again.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
