Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raisins
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Bring raisins and water to boil.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix and add sugar and cornstarch to cooked raisins.
Then add remaining ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell; cover with top crust.
Dot with margarine.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Turn oven to 375\u00b0 and bake until brown.
