Pasta Fazoul Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. diced onion
4 oz. diced celery
4 oz. diced carrot
8 oz. hamburger
2 1/4 lb. kidney beans (canned)
2 lb. diced tomatoes (canned)
1 oz. Parmesan cheese
3 oz. chicken base
3 oz. ditalini pasta, cooked
1 qt. water
1/6 oz. each: basil, thyme and oregano
1/2 oz. fresh garlic, diced
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Sear meat first, then drain the fat off.
Saute vegetables with spices, garlic and onion.
Add stock and beans.
Simmer until beans are tender.
Add cooked pasta last.
