Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. safflower oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 lb. sour cream
    1 (17 oz.) tin creamed corn
    1/2 onion, minced
    2 jalapenos, minced
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in one big bowl, then pour into a greased skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
