Creamy Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 pt. sour cream
    4 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Blend first 3 ingredients.
    Place in spring-form pan; refrigerate.
    Beat cream cheese until smooth, beat in egg yolks and 3/4 cup sugar.
    In small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar. Fold into cheese mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1/2 hour.
    Remove, raise oven temperature to 425\u00b0.
    Beat last 3 ingredients.
    Spread slowly on top of cake.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
