Banana Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed bananas
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
3/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in bananas.
