Beef Tips With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. round steak, cut into 2 x 1/2-inch strips
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1 c. milk
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine
    in heavy skillet.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge steak strips in mixture.
    Brown in margarine.
    Add
    bouillon; cover and simmer 1 hour or until beef is
    very tender.
    Add milk;
    cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
